Price Policy

At Nina & Rocky SL, we strive to provide transparent and convenient payment terms for our valued clients. Please find below our clear and courteous price policy:

The first consultation has a non-refundable cost of 20 euros. In the event of requesting concierge services, this amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

Prepayment Requirement: Every service offered by Nina & Rocky SL requires prepayment. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable at the discretion of the company, ranging from four weeks prior to the scheduled service up to the day of the service. The timing of the remaining payment is subject to the size and nature of the service. If the booking and the service week coincide, the full amount must be prepaid in advance.

Additional Services: Any extra services or new requests made during the guest's service will be charged in advance.

Shopping and Wine Purchase: Charges for shopping and wine purchases will be settled after the service is completed. However, the Butler Experience Mallorca (BEM) fee will be prepaid.

Guests have the option to pay third-party vendors directly or through Nina & Rocky SL.

We recommend consolidating all charges into a single bill for convenience, although guests have the flexibility to choose the payment method that suits them best.

Clubs Membership: For our weekly club, the fee includes the charges for lifestyle management and concierge services provided by BEM, excluding fees from third-party companies. Additionally, service on the phone is available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

For the annual club, all lifestyle management and concierge fees by BEM are covered, excluding charges from third parties. However, overnight charters and private jet services are not included in the annual club membership.

Events: For events with more than 70 attendees, the prepayment requirement is one month before the scheduled event date.

Cancellation Policy

The client is entitled to a full reimbursement in the event of cancellation made at least ten days prior to the scheduled service date. Any cancellation made within ten days of the service date will not be eligible for a refund.

At Nina & Rocky SL, we aim to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients, and our price policy reflects our commitment to transparency and exceptional service.

Nina & Rocky SL does not charge any commission on third-party services.
